Official Contest Rules
To Enter
Log on to themilepost.com. Participants must complete the
entry form entirely in order to be eligible for the prize.
The e-mail address on the entry form must also be valid. Participants
may enter the sweepstakes one time per day per household.
Any additional entries will not be eligible for the prize.
Contest Eligibility
No purchase necessary. Contest is offered only in the United
States and is only open to legal residents, 18 years of age
or older, of the United States. If the winner is under the
age of 18, the winner's parent or legal guardian must give
consent. Void where prohibited by law. Employees and their
immediate families (spouses and parents, children and siblings
and their respective spouses and members of their household)
of Morris Communications Company, LCC and its respective parents,
subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies
are not eligible to participate. Subject to all federal, state
and local laws and regulations.
Random Drawing
Themilepost.com will select the one Winner in a random drawing
from all eligible entries received. Limit one electronic entry
per person per day. All decisions are final and binding in
all respects relative to this contest. Odds of winning depend
upon the number of eligible entries received.
Notification
The Prize Winner will be notified by email the week after
the contest has ended. For the name of the winners, please
contact themilepost.com the week after the contest has ended.
Winner must respond within 10 business days in order to claim
their prize.
Winners Instructions
By accepting prizes, winners agree to the use of their
name, photo and/or likeness in any promotion activities related
to this contest without further compensation, except where
prohibited. By accepting prizes, Winners agree to release
sweepstakes sponsor and its agencies from any and all liability
for injuries and/or damages of any kind sustained in connection
with the prize. All other expenses relating to acceptance
of the Prizes are sole responsibility of the Winners. All
local, state and federal taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility
of the winner. No substitution, transfer or cash substitution
of prize is permitted (except by sponsor due to prize availability).
In the event of any dispute regarding who submitted an on-line
entry, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the
e-mail account. Winner must respond within 10 business days
in order to claim their prize.
