Iskut is located on the Cassiar Highway in northwestern British Columbia, 52 miles south of Dease Lake.

Iskut is a a small Tahltan Native community on the Cassiar Highway. Kluachon Centre Store on east side of highway has gas/diesel, a grocery, hardware supplies and houses the post office; open 7 days a week in summer. Camping and lodging available at Mountain Shadow RV Park and at Red Goat Lodge. Motel and restaurant, wildlife museum, camping and gas/diesel at Tatogga Lake Resort. Tatogga Lake Resort also offers scenic float plane tours to remote lakes, Mount Edziza and Spatsizi Park.
